For more than 33 years, the Ecological Mirim Brigade of Ilha Grande (BMEIG) has contributed to the community and the environment of Ilha Grande – Angra dos Reis – RJ and the year 2023 has been a milestone in its management aimed at preparing the Mirim Brigade of the future.

The project BRIGADA MIRIM – AGENDA 2030 was developed based on the Project DPro method and based on the Theory of Change, has supported the Brigade to re-elaborate its vision of the future and establish the priorities and governance necessary to meet the highest demands of the region.

With a portfolio of objective projects and thought in articulation with the various actors present in the region, the Mirim Brigade aims to be the main reference in the preservation of the natural environment and in the promotion of citizenship of the young people of Ilha Grande by 2030.
