Edson Marinho

Edson Marinho
Edson is a Brazilian passionate project/program manager who has headed up PM4NGOs since 2015. He is also the founder and director of Teoria da Prática in Brazil and a senior member of the Project DPro (PMD Pro) Trainers Network.
International Relations Bachelor, MBA in Project Management, post-graduated in Distance Learning, Project DPro Practitioner, Program DPro, and AgilePM Practitioner certified, he has over 20 years’ experience in managing projects and programmes.
Edson has been involved in training and developing the PMD Pro since the very first training group in Brazil. In his words: "I truly believe that we must empower professionals by disseminating project management tools and techniques to the community-based organizations. In the other hand and most importantly, it is from the community that we will learn how and which of these techniques and tools really work".
Cecília Morales
Marketing and Communications Manager
Cecília Morales
Cecília is a consultant who contributes to PM4NGOs as Marketing and Communications Manager. She holds a degree in Advertising and a postgraduate qualification in Marketing Management, and her professional trajectory reflects a strong integration between strategic communication and project-oriented work.
At PM4NGOs, she found the ideal space to unite her three main passions: advertising, project management, and working in the development sector. Cecília has been part of PM4NGOs since 2016, initially as Marketing Analyst, where she became responsible for all media publications and communication with partners and the global community.
Since 2021, she has also taken on the role of Operations Assistant, providing direct support to PM4NGOs partners and candidates, contributing to the smooth delivery of services and stakeholder engagement.
Based in Brazil, Cecília brings experience in design, social media, community management, and digital marketing, contributing to PM4NGOs’ communication efforts and strengthening its visibility and relationships with partners and the global community.
