Last week, Caritas Nigeria conducted a 5-day Project Management Training for the team at Hope for Connecting Hearts (HCH) in Minna, Niger State. HCH, dedicated to providing free education for vulnerable children in hard-to-reach and conflict-affected areas, plays a vital role in achieving SDG 4 (Quality Education).
This training, under the Institutional Capacity Strengthening (ICS) Project, equipped participants with essential tools like:
✅ Risk management techniques
✅ SMART indicator development
✅ Modern data collection and analysis tools
✅ Effective project planning, implementation, and reporting
Through interactive sessions and practical group exercises, participants gained valuable insights and skills to improve project delivery and sustainability.
