Exams have the same composition, content, and recognition regardless of the price. The different prices have been set to benefit local and community-based organizations, students, and volunteers. PM4NGOs implement auditing processes periodically, requesting proof of status (e.g., student card) of candidates who selected local or in-country organization pricing.
Important note: All exams are valid for 1 (one) year after purchasing. Fees are non-refundable once the candidate starts the exams, regardless if the candidate completes the exam or not.

Local* Organizations / Professionals
- Staff of national or local NGOs* with a single office, community-based, with local implementation of projects and programs
- Students
- Volunteers or unemployed people living in developing countries.
- Consultants or self-employed people living in developing countries.
* Local NGOs are community-based organizations, grassroots-oriented, located in remote locations or urban peripherical impoverished area, with a single office, not connected to other organizations as an affiliate, a subsidiary, or as the same corporation or other legal entity.
