The PM4NGOs El Salvador Hub continues to make important progress in strengthening its structure and preparing for the next phase of its development.

During a recent meeting, Hub members came together to define strategic roles and assign responsibilities to support the implementation of their 2026 Strategic Plan. This collaborative effort marks a key step toward building a strong and sustainable local community of practice.

The group also discussed strategies for engaging with strategic partners, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in expanding the Hub’s reach and impact. In addition, preparations are underway for the official launch of the Hub, planned for the coming months.

Another important topic was the development of a membership strategy aimed at engaging existing certified professionals and creating value for future members.

Follow-up meetings are already planned to further refine the benefits offered to members and ensure that the Hub is launched in a structured and impactful way.
