A specialized training on Project DPro was delivered for the National Commission for Transitional Justice (NCTJ) in Syria. The training was attended by 20 newly recruited staff members who will be responsible for following up and supporting the implementation of the Commission’s projects across 14 Syrian governorates.
The program focused on strengthening participants’ capacity to design, plan, and manage development projects in alignment with the Commission’s strategic direction. The training was delivered by the Syria Champion representing PM4NGOs.
The certification process is conducted progressively through structured assessments. As of today, five participants have successfully passed the exam and obtained certification, with additional participants expected to complete the process in the coming period.
تم تنفيذ تدريب متخصص في إدارة المشاريع التنموية لصالح الهيئة الوطنية للعدالة الانتقالية في سوريا، حيث حضر التدريب 20 متدرباً من الموظفين الجدد الذين تم تعيينهم، والذين سيكونون مسؤولين عن متابعة تنفيذ مشاريع الهيئة في 14 محافظة سورية. ركّز التدريب على تعزيز قدرات المشاركين في تصميم المشاريع وإعدادها وإدارتها بما يتماشى مع التوجهات الاستراتيجية للهيئة. وقد تم تنفيذ التدريب من قبل ممثل PM4NGOs في سوريا.
يتم تنفيذ عملية التقييم ومنح الشهادات بشكل متدرج من خلال اختبارات منظمة، وقد تمكن حتى تاريخه خمسة مشاركين من اجتياز الاختبار بنجاح والحصول على الشهادة، مع استمرار بقية المشاركين في استكمال متطلبات الاعتماد.
