On March 3rd, 2026, PM4NGOs Board Chair Lee Goldstein joined members of the PM4NGOs El Salvador Hub for a day of strategic dialogue, institutional engagement, and formal partnership milestones.

The event began with an opening session focused on connection and shared purpose. Hub members introduced their work and presented the Hub’s background, current context, and future priorities. The Hub Establishment Agreement, also referred to as the Founding Act, was formally presented, marking an important step in strengthening governance and long-term sustainability.

The afternoon continued with a contextual presentation by Asociación Muchas Más, followed by an exchange of ideas on strategic alignment and areas of mutual support. This dialogue culminated in the signing of a Letter of Understanding, reinforcing collaboration and shared commitment to advancing professional standards in project management.

Later in the day, the delegation visited UTLA facilities, where an institutional tour was followed by the signing of a second Letter of Understanding. These agreements reflect a shared vision of capacity development, professionalization, and sustainable impact within the development sector in El Salvador.

The visit highlights the role of PM4NGOs Hubs as regional connectors. Hubs serve as catalysts for collaboration, local leadership, and the promotion of DPro methodologies as a shared language for effective project and program management.

We extend our appreciation to the PM4NGOs El Salvador Hub, Asociación Muchas Más, and UTLA for their leadership and partnership. Through strong local engagement and global standards, we continue working toward our vision of an equitable and sustainable world where social investment achieves the greatest impact.
